Secure Payment Processing: We use Paystack, an industry-standard, PCI-compliant payment gateway, to process all online transactions securely. We also accept Payment on Delivery (COD) for orders under GH₵ 1,000.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline your order for any reason
• Limit quantities on any order
• Cancel orders if products are unavailable
• Refuse service to any customer

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is accepted and processed.

• Respond to our staff communications in a timely manner
• Pay agreed-upon service fees before work begins

Service quotes are estimates and may change based on actual work required.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened products
• Products must be in original packaging and condition
• Proof of purchase required for all returns
• Refunds processed within 7-14 business days
• Custom orders and opened electronics may not be returnable
