We currently offer shipping services throughout Ghana, with a focus on:

• Accra & Greater Accra Region: Same-day or next-day delivery available
• Kumasi & Ashanti Region: 2-3 business days
• Other Major Cities: 3-5 business days
• Remote Areas: 5-7 business days (subject to courier availability)

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Delivery location and distance
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method
• Order value (free shipping may apply for orders above GH₵ 500)

💡 Pro Tip: Orders over GH₵ 500 qualify for FREE standard shipping within Ghana!

We now offer two fulfillment options at checkout: Delivery and Pick-up. Selecting Pick-up means your order will be collected at our Santa Maria, Accra location and no shipping fee will be applied. Selecting Delivery applies the calculated shipping fee.

Flat rate for Accra: GH₵ 40 for standard delivery within Greater Accra.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is available as a faster option at checkout. Pricing rules:

• Standard behavior: Express costs twice the normal delivery fee (e.g., Accra GH₵ 40 → Express GH₵ 80).
• High-value orders (GHC 3000+): Orders with subtotal ≥ GHC 3000 automatically qualify for free standard delivery.
• If an order already qualifies for free delivery: choosing Express will charge only the normal delivery fee (not double). Example: Accra standard = GH₵ 40; order ≥ GHC 3000 → standard = GH₵ 0, express = GH₵ 40.

📋 Order Processing

Once you place an order:

1. Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately
2. Payment Verification: We verify your payment (processing time varies by payment method)
3. Order Preparation: Your items are carefully packaged (1-2 business days)
4. Dispatch: Your order is handed to our courier partner
5. Tracking: You'll receive tracking information via email/SMS
6. Delivery: Courier delivers to your specified address

📍 Order Tracking

Track your order status:

• Log into your account and view "My Orders"
• Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
• Contact our customer service for real-time updates

You'll receive notifications at each stage: Order Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered

We take great care in packaging your electronics:

• Original manufacturer packaging when available
• Additional protective bubble wrap and padding
• Sturdy outer boxes to prevent damage during transit
• Fragile labels on sensitive items
• Tamper-proof sealing for security

• Provide complete and accurate delivery address
• Include a valid phone number for courier contact
• Ensure someone is available to receive the package
